Fished PNP in area 9, line in the water at 7AM at PNP and trolled north in anywhere from 150 to 400 feet of water. No action until 9:20 (just after the low tide) when I caught these two clipped coho in the span of about 5 minutes. 55 feet on the wire, green flasher (with the little extra fin that makes it spin even faster) and a hootchie (around 25 inches behind the flasher) with a little strip of herring on the top hook.
