Fall fishing, weird weather patterns, didn't have much optimism heading in to today, but as always, a day on the water is better than yard work.

Only had a few hours, but I'm trying to force myself to try new lakes. Without electronics, it can be a bit daunting, especially when the lakes are much larger and deeper than I'm used to.

But, bass tend to stay the same regardless of lake size, so I stuck to the basics. Landed 2 on crawdad plastics, so despite the weather, they're at least still biting.
