Took the kiddos down to Badger for the first time since they killed it off. A buddy had told me he caught a few decent kokanee this year. Drug a variety of rigs and ended up having a fantastic time landing a mixed bag of fish. They ran small for the most part but we mange to get one eater size koke to the boat as a proof of concept. It's not easy fishing with kiddos but I look forward bring them back in the spring when those fish have a couple more inches of growth on them.
