Fished again Sunday for a few hours. We had talked to a few others at the dock Friday, who stated that they lost more fish than they caught. For some reason, we ran into that today. Seemed as soon as we grabbed the rod, and confirmed there was a fish on, poof, it was gone. We saw quite a few boats in the creek, including another black Pro-V, but didn't see anyone else catching any (maybe when we just wasn't watching)? Ended up with 4, 17" - 20" fish before we had to call it a day & head home (Selah). Wife says she wants to go back in 2 weeks, so after I "thought" about it??, I said "okay, if we must".

Happy to hear that the hard decision to return has been made. We must always accommodate our ladies requests. LOL

Last week I was 0 for 3, my friend went 4 for 8, we were using similar set-ups.
This week I went 5 for 5 using Bryan Route's trolling flies, go figure.

Can't tell you how many times we've experienced a HARD takedown with ultra sharp trailer trebles only to have the rod go limp before we could get to it out of the holder. Sometimes that's just how it is. If we could guarantee 100% hookup ratio it would be catching not fishing. :-)
