Report for friday afternoon. Launched at 7-bays about 2. Wind was blowing pretty stiff and didn't have alot of time, so headed over to the creek again.
Finally bought some of the infamous Kekeda flies. They looked REALLY awesome, so I was looking forward to trying them out!! Rigged 1 pole per Hewesfisher (leaded with the perch fly). Rigged another rod the same, except on a downrigger. Other 2 rods with other gear. The leaded line with the perch kekeda was definitely the hit setup, followed by the downrigger (both with kekedas). We lost a few and turned one loose, but ended up with 7 nice fish. I think maybe one might have been 3/4 trout and 1/4 tuna?? (see the nose in the pic). Headed back out tomorrow, if you see a black hewescraft Pro-V with hondas, give me a wave!
