Went over to Chelan for a break and to spend time with family. Two day report for 12/6/21 and 12/7/21. Coming from the West side, made it over the pass before the weather turned. Haven't been fishing for over a month and a half. Needless to say, the itch needed scratching. Didn't get to spend much time on the water with family time and kids to really get a feel for the fishing. Was fun, none the less.

On the first day we were greeted with snow. We were the only boat on the lake. Started right by 25 mile creek. With in 5 minutes it was fish on. Most of the fish came on a pink micro hoochie and a moon jelly and pink pattern brads dodger. The runner up was a PPT gold mood jelly dodger and a 50/50 brass god's tooth. Had about 8 fish in an hour then had to call it to get back to hang with the family. Fingers were also stinging from the cold. Went back later in the afternoon for another hour or so but only able to scratch out 2 more.

The last day started in the same spot early with mediocre success. The fish seemed to be on the move. Got 6 to the boat before having to call it. Winning set up was a PPT wonder bread dodger with a chrome chartreuse spin and glo. Went back out for another 4 and that was it before the buzzer to get back home went off. Lake levels are high. No ice at the ramps yet. Great to get out and catch a few for the smoker.
