We started out using corn and got no takers first hour. Switched to shrimp and immediately started hitting fish. Although the fish were at all depth's on the screen we stayed shallow. 1 1/2 weight and 40 to 50 feet out. it really did not matter what spinner you were using. hoochie, wedding ring, rooster tail and flat fish all got hit repeatedly. Limit in triploids 14in to 18in. Limit in silvers 11in to 13in.. Water still a little murky from the rains weeks ago which is why we stayed shallow. we fished halfway up the lake all day in 60 to 100 feet of water.
