My son talked me into leaving work early so we could try our luck with the planters.We both limited in half an hour with the first 2 a double in about 30 seconds after leaving the launch.
Catch & release from then on , trolling spoons & fly’s. A lot of fun using ultra light gear.
Non stop action from 3 to 7 pm & beautiful weather made it all worthwhile.
