Flew down to Sacramento from Washington to fish for a few days. I had one day to fish for stripers and decided on the San Joaquin. I think we were about a week early or the muddy water from the wind had slowed the bite. We did find a few and I got to catch a keeper. It has been 8 years since I fished the delta. I was happy to take one home. Tight lines!
