Fished out of the kayak near the Ocean Shores jetty for black rockfish. Started with a large jerk bait but switched to a smaller one with much better luck, both trolling and casting. Took several rockfish and kept two - great eating, by the way. Also nabbed a small ling of about 20" and a greenling (both released). Good fishing day with overcast; only three-foot swells and light wind.
