Hit Blue Lake in the Sun Lakes chain in the afternoon. Mostly overcast with some sun breaks. Thankfully, the wind that blew me off the lake the week before was lacking. Landed a mix of rainbow and smallmouth bass, plus an honest 20" brown that made the highlight reel for the day. The 'bows ran 13 to 15 inches and took buggers and nymphs on sinking tip and intermediate sinking fly lines. The smallmouth wanted just the buggers - no measly nymphs for those boys. None of the smallies were hawgs, but all were real chunks running from about a pound-and-a-quarter to two pounds, and they fought very well. I landed four and lost a few more (sorry, no pics of the bass). On the last cast of the day, the brown took a nymph in the shallows. It also fought well and I needed several minutes to land it. All in all, a good day (but can it ever be bad if you're on the water?).

Do you know if there are still largies and smallies in Park Lake or confirmed all dead?

I don't know about Park Lake. I've heard WDFW poisons out these lakes periodically but don't know if Park Lake has had it recently.
