Not a great start to chinook for me! Fished west bar from 7-12, between 150 to 90 feet of water. Down rigger ranged from 80 to 45. Caught an absurd amount of shakers despite the faster trolling speed. Around 8:30 at 60 on the down rigger I had a nice 4-5lb resident coho take my spoon, but it was unclipped. That's all the action we had. Is fishing suspended not the best idea for Kings, or was west side of the bar the mistake this morning?
