Fished the mouth of Noisy Creek just under the Baker Lake trail bridge. I thought I'd be rewarded for the 5 mi hike but no luck. I tried black wholly bugger, dry caddis, shrimp flies, dry caddis and various spinners. These were on a 3 ft 8 lb leader from my slip cast spin float. I saw fish rise, but they weren't interested.
On the way out I talked to a guy who caught a 19 in trout using a rattle trap hook off the main baker lake road.
