Beautiful evening on the Puget Sound.

Very choppy and breezy but the Coho sure were biting well.

5ish and 4ish pound Coho caught back to back "trooching" or motor mooching green label cut plug herring with a 6oz mooching sinker.

The technique is super deadly and fun to fight salmon without a flasher, heavy gear or a downrigger. Definitely worth a shot if trolling isn't your thing or simply isn't productive
