It's been 3 weeks since fishing due to covid. Not the most pleasant experience. Figured the bite must have turned on by now in sportsmans bay. I was wrong. Fished about 1.5 hrs. Started with trolling cranks in about 12-15 fow. Nothing. Switched to bottom walkers (which I hate) and tried deeper water 16-25 fow. Not a strike. Water temp about 3' down is still 67.5 F. Crazy warm for this time of year. I'm going to head to Willow bay tomorrow in the AM and see if it's any better. Normally fall fishing is pretty easy and good. I guess fall isn't here yet. Good luck out there.
