10/14/2022 11:45:56 AMI was using standard bottom bouncers with chartreuse work harnesses,fishing humps at depths from 12'-25' near the state park boat launch. The weathrr was amazing yesterday with no wind, so I didn't expect to catch much of anything. The forecast for tomorrow is for some wind, so I would expect Lind Coulee would be a great place to go. We may go there tomorrow ourselves. His luck!

10/19/2022 6:52:12 AMNice report Elliott. Glad to see someone else is willing to say how the fishing was. Potholes is such a neat place because of the diverse types of fish you have the potential to catch. Stud perch, bluegills and walleyes; doesn't get much better than that.

10/19/2022 8:32:31 AMTotally agree with you, @WalleyeMark1, about the diversity of fish at Potholes. Two days after fishing on the date posted here, my wife and I were fishing Potholes and she caught a very big triploid trout. It was fun to watch it jumping out of the water and doing all it could to get away. We released it to get even bigger. All told over about 10 hours of fishing, we kept 20 eater-sized walleye, the perch shown here, one large bluegill, and we released a couple large female walleye, some large bluegill and the trout. So much fun!
