I was driving back to Tacoma from Skagit county and I decided to try fishing Clear lake for the first time. Weather was bad and the access is a steep, muddy, trail but I managed to come away with a victory. Two bass, both in the 2.5 to 4 pound range (second one got off at the boat). I didn't see or catch any trout or any other species. One other person was fishing and I didn't see him catch anything while I was there. I may go back, but there don't see to be a lot of fish here.
