My dad and i went out on Terrel for the first time in a year. Naturaly we went to the weeds but the two fish we got were on the east bank.
We were throwing swimjigs and swimbaits, and some spinnerbaits.
The first hit was on a 4" white swimjig with a paddletail trailer. It was what looked like a very large trout. I lost it at the boat though.
Then my dad got a hit on a perch Rapala on the same bank. It was a 1 pound largemouth.
Then my dad tied on a neon green spinnerbait and in the lilly pads got a 14 inch trout.
The only other bites were in the lilly pads in the middle of the lake with a swim jigs.
The water was stained.
