I fished Diablo sunday morning. Conditions weren't great, plenty of wind off and on and lots of runoff made the water murky. I managed to land 4 fish plus a fingerling but it took a lot of work to find them. I only saw a few fish jump all day which was unusually low. Scenery was great though.
