I have been trying to catch of fish out of this lake for a while. Last year I found a few rainbows but couldn't get them to bite. Today I finally landed a fish there and it was a hog. Right at 7:20 I hooked this giant brown trout, a species I didn't even know existed in this lake! I am estimating this fish was 4-5 pounds and 18-22 inches and it fought pretty good. It bit a little Cleo spoon. I had one other bite today and that was it. They really need to stock some more fish in there. The lake is beautiful but windy today.
