I stopped by this lake around 10 or 11 on my way home Memorial day weekend. I never fished here before, it is a beautiful little lake. The water is pretty clear and clean looking, I wouldn't mind snorkeling here. I didn't get a lot of bites, maybe the lake needs some stocking. I did get one fish near shore, I think it was a small bass and had one other bite in addition to catching a big, fat carp. It surprised me to find a carp in a lake near the mountains. I think it was 3-5 pounds and somehow caught it on a spinner.
