My son, Adam, and I started fishing about 8:30am and within a few minutes he brought in a Cutthroat. About a half hour later he brought in a Catfish (Brown Bullhead).

When we got there, the lake was like glass with fog hanging at the tree tops. The water temperature was 67. Then a breeze started and the temp went down to 66. The elevation of the lake was at 1198.1 feet. Full pool is 1207.

My son longlined one rod and used the other on the downrigger. The Cutthroat came on the downrigger and the Catfish on the longlined rod. I, at first, stacked my rods with 10 feet between them. Then went to longlining one. We went from surface down to 30 feet. Our speed was 1-1.6 mph.

I had 1 bite.

My son was cold and both of us were sleepy so we quit at 10:30. There were lots of fish out there. They were not interested in what I offered them.
