Took Mike with me out to Potholes. I would have given the day a 5 if we had been fishing for bullheads, we caught 30. Only caught 1 eye. We trolled the offshore humps out in front of the dunes. A chartreuse smile blade caught the most fish. Speaking of, we caught the 1 eye, 6 largemouth, 8 perch, 5 bluegills and the previously mentioned bullheads. The walleye was 17 inches so you can see in the photo just how big the one perch is. The bite completely turned off by 1130, even the bullheads. Potholes was flat calm. We really could have used some walleye chop to cool down.
