I did a quick road trip to the North Cascades. It's a very, long drive to this trailhead from Tacoma. Most of the fish here are small but the scenery is amazing. Also, you probably wouldn't catch many from shore, I packed a raft in. Most of the fish are 6-8 inches, but there's a few up to around 12-14 inches. Bugs weren't bad but probably will be soon. The trail is in great shape and the weather was fine, great day overall.
