Skunked! Bottom fishing from shore with powerbait. I got my line the water around 6:30am and it was 49 degrees with a low variable wind. I started at the far South east end and moved closer to the fishing dock about every half hour. One guy was at the dock when I got there. By the time I made it back to them there were two people and neither had gotten a bite except for catching the perch at the dock. I decided to fish from the dock some. A couple kayak fisherman paddled down to the same corner I was at and then back to the lily pads. Nobody was catching anything. I didnt get a single bite. I should have brought some works to catch a perch with so I could say I wasnt skunked lol. Left there around 9:15am and headed to west medical. I really need to start getting my inflatable pontoon out instead of fishing from shore. I tried purple nymph, yellow corn, and rainbow regular scents.
