The weather was 65, sunny with clouds and breezy. We would be going 1.1 then all of a sudden it went to 1.9. The wind would catch us then quit. It made it hard to keep the speed where I wanted it, 1.3-1.4. The water temperature was 58. The water was up to 1203. Full pool is now 1210 instead of 1207.
My son and I fished from 10-2pm. We used worms, corn, and Berkley maggots, but they seemed to go after the corn so that is what we ended up giving to them. We used longlines and downriggers. Feet on downrigger was 13-35 feet while the longline 60 or more feet out with 1/4-1/2 oz weight. Most fish came to the longlines. We brought home 7 cutthroats.
