Went out fising this morning, one of the most beautiful mornings I've seen in awhile. Went out to Spencer lake and the only thing good was the weather. This was my first time there and wasn't really impressed. The public fishing access near the boat launch is very small and the dock behind the Tavern is really crowded. I caught 4 small stock fish, actually really small, put'em all back for next year. I heard there were a couple of nice ones taken early yesterday. As I fished there were people there catching this years stock, I was sad to see that they were keeping everything, no matter how small. They didn't really like the fact that I released some that were larger than the ones on their stringer. Maybe next time they'll think about it, but I doubt it.
