Got to the lake about 0800. My first time there with my friend Blair. I first noticed the large number of boats on the lake, lots of pressure. Then I noticed the make-shift, dirt, steep, no turn-around, on a busy highway launching area thinking how am I going to float my 14 foot boat that sits high on a trailer
in 2 feet of water with out getting myself and my truck wet (should have brought the hip waders). To make a long story short I had my friend Blair do all the grunt work. Thanks Blair!

The fishing was good. The fish were very aggressive and would fight like hell. We trolled a multitude of Flatfish's and hooked a lot of fish but could not get them to the boat because they would spit the lures. We missed hook sets all day long. The fish are very feisty.

Maybe we will do better next time.
