My friend and I arrived at the lake at 11:00 AM, we fished for about an hour and pulled two 13in Rainbows. Throughout the day we kept reeling them in, all from 12in to 14 in. It cooled off around 1 pm and picked back up at two. The only bait we used was Chartreuse Nugget Power Bait, on a size 10 hook with 2 pound leader and 4 pound test. By 4:00, 8 were in the bucket. We were fishing from the boat launch with 9 1/2 foot 6-12 test poles sitting in holders. No Joke. It was our best day at our favorite lake.
