I fished from May 27-31 and caught a number of fish everyday trolling a spinner and worm and still fishing a marshmallow and chunk of nightcrawler. They must have recently stocked the lake as some of the fish were pretty beat up with messed up fins and bruises on their sides. Nothing larger than 12 inches, but no problem catching them. The mornings were the only time I could fish. The wind blew about 25-35mph everyday till almost dark. Friday morn. the lake was calm and there were fish leaping 2-3 ft. out of the water! There were large bug hatches and all the fish I cleaned were stuffed with larvae. There were some float tubers fishing Friday morn. and were doing very well with black wolly buggers. Everyone I saw fishing caught fish, so if you could hit it on a calm day I'm sure you would do very well. Good luck.
