Fished here Sunday from 5:00pm to 6:30pm with my regular fishing buddy Josh (age 12 with Big Brothers of King County). We braved the wind and rain just long enough to get 4 8-12inch 'bows in the canoe. I had soft bites every 5 minutes and it was driving me crazy. We were trolling around small spinners trailed by either worms or power bait. When I did manage to sink my hook into one of these fish, they seemed like they were dead until we got them within a few feet from the boat. Then they seemed to realize that they might want to fight a little. This is nice developed lake with no gas motors allowed. Only problem I had was finding a slot to launch and land my canoe. Seems the local sport (?) fisherman don't bother with pesky rules like "no parking beyond this sign". They lined up the launch zone (a wide gravel area) with there cars, trucks and lawn chairs, set their poles leaning against such rod holders as the front or rear bumper, and sat in their cars waiting for that big one...
