The army corp engineers redredged the lake recently from what i hear to get out all the weeds and try to make it into a lake again instead of the late summer marsh it has turned into. also dod only can fish here and it has turned into a catch and release only lake.however, i ran the fish finder all around the lake and marked no fish, also the depth has improved with the a new deep point of around 20 feet. then again the water was way up. will try back in a few weeks.
