Fished yesterday and today for smallmouth. Saturday got two smallmouth, one was 14" and 3 lbs! Also got a small largemouth. Sunday got seven more smallmouth. Used 1/4 oz jig with a 4" clear grub. Fished the sloughs on the north side of the river, the main river is still too cold. Water is dropping fast, though.
