Got to the lake about 1:30PM, lauched the float tube and headed down-lake. Hit a very nice fish on a green wooley bugger about 1/3 way down the lake, but he spit the hook after a couple of nice jumps. Caught/released 7 fish before it was time to head in. A fast hand-retrieve seemed to be the ticket, fished a 4-wt sink-tip line on a 7' rod. Lots of other traffic, some more considerate than others, but could certainly have been worse. Looking forward to a few more fish before the water gets too warm.
