Buddy of mine last weekend caught a 7 lb trout in that pond. His friend caught about a 10 lb trout on the same day. How could this be - 2 monster trout in that small pond behind Wal-mart. So I had to go and check this out for myself. Well my buddy, his son, and myself went a fishin that pond sat. When we first got there. First thing we see is about a 5 lb trout jumping out of the water. We fished for about 2 hours. Didn't have any luck. Talked to some of the old timers. Come to find out. This lake gets fished out pretty fast because of its size. But they stock it with 5 to 10 lb quite often. My experience about this lake is - Your not going to catch alot of small trout, but on the right day you will catch the big one. And that picture is worth a thousand words. And to my understanding Theres a kids fishing derby May 20. on bradley 7am to 12 noon Dont know all the details just what the old timers and locals were saying. Check with GI Joes across from wal-mart. Suppose to be some very good prizes for the kids.
