AFTER A FEW FAILED ATTEMPTS FROM SHORE AND FROM MY FLOAT TUBE, I DECIDED TO DRAG THE BOAT OUT AND DO SOME TROLLING. I WAS ON THE WATER @ 0600 AND HOOKED MY FIRST FISH BEFORE 0630. SHE WAS A NICE 18" TRIP. THE SECOND FISH HIT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AND CAME CLOSE TO EXCEEDING THE LIMIT OF MY NET. ONCE I GOT THAT ONE IN, I THREW MY LINE BACK IN AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO CATCH MY LAST FISH OF THE DAY. IT ALSO WAS A NICE FAT 18" TRIP. THE #2 FISH ONCE CLEANED, WAS BY FAR MY NICEST BOW TO DATE. SHE WAS 25" AND PUSHING 4LBS. I WAS USING AN 07 RAPALA (THANKS KRAME'S), NO WEIGHT AND TROLLING VERY SLOW. WOULD HAVE STAYED ALL DAY, BUT THE LEAK IN MY BOAT FOUND ME QUICKLY AND I GOT SAOKED, ALONG WITH MY CAMERA...SORRY NO PIC'S. I WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!
