Mike Dailey here. I used to live a the white city trailer park out ther on the highwat across from the dump. I haven't even been to the lake other than to show my wife the place on the way to my Dads house. Heck the pipes even gone. Anyway I use to row out and put a large Black fly on my swivel row about fifty feet away from it and let is go down then move the boat a little from time to time. I got some 12 to 14 inch fish most of the time, I fish campble up in anacortes now its open year round and we do pretty good up here. Well good luck with that idea this spring
