a friend and i decided to do a road trip to some lakes. we left the yakima area and headed to the quincy lakes. we went strate to stan coffin to see if the blue gill were on the bite. the lakes water leval are up. we caught a bucketload of (7 1/2'' +) bluegills, saw alot of big bass some with tags. left when a storm cloud came in. we then headed straight to mardon resort to get the scoop on the fishing . we fished some along the dam caught lots of small bass 5-6''. headed to hutchinsen, fist time on this lake. had to see what the big talk is all about. we caught 3 -71/2'' bluegill, one nice 10'' perch. this lake has a different shore structure. headed to red rock caught one 15'' bass had another much larger hit. we then went on down to the columbia river was way up and alot of junk floating on top. went home via venita bridge. we'll be going back to stan coffin soon. , <(////<
