Ssorry for the late reply. I know how crappie can be hard to figure out at first but you'll get it soon enough. I use 1/32oz or 1/64oz tube jigs about 2'-3' under a small bobber. It is pretty important to use maggots or berkley crappie nibbles on the hook of the jig. Try near the little creek in the south end or the lilly pads in the north end. I wouldn't get your hopes up for many slabs but you can catch a few over the 9" min. Good luck!
