My daughter Sara and I travel almost 48 miles each time we fish harts lake. We fish it for many reasons but one is not for fish stores. some of the wild dreams told about this lake from the reports on this page really make me quite upset. If you really fish this lake you would tell the truth about it! We almost always fish the bank so we can talk to the people,so we can pet baby(the deer) (doe) and her baby.This year Sara and I have cought some nice trout 20" 17" a couple of 14" and some nice pan size. The blue gill and croppies are great fun along the east lilly pads,12' rubber raft sometimes.and one good sized cat that I didn't get to meet face to face. But the one thing that I will tell you is I have had a great time each time we stay till 3:00 am.
One other thing is the only fish Sara and I keep are the ones that can't swim away on their own.
