We arrived at Lake Shoecraft around 6:15AM and trolled around in our 10 ft. Livingston. In the 4 1/2 hrs we were there, there were only 3 other boats out. Around 7:20AM I caught my first fish ever! It was a Large Mouth Bass 20" and weighing 5 lbs. I was excited but I think my husband was more excited than I was. We trolled a little longer and caught and released probably 3 Perch. There were hungry fish in there taking our worms off the lines but I think those were more perch. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and warm morning until about 11:45 AM and headed out to Sunday Lake and Lake Armstrong. I am making comments for those lakes too...Happy fishing!
