Vernonia Fishing Reports

This shallow 45 acre lake is located on the southeast edge of Vernonia just south of Highway 47 and usually offers fair fishing for yellow perch and bluegills with some largemouth bass, brown bullheads and crappies entering the catch. Sometimes receives plants of rainbow trout when water isn't too warm. Subject to periodic flooods. P Heley
