I've been fishing newman lake for the last couple weeks. First week I nailed 6 largies in 2 1/2 hours. 2-4lbs. second week I got 4 one about 5lbs. Great lake for bass!

4 bass in 3 hours 2 about a pound and 2 around 4-5 lbs. Choppy because of boat traffic. Fish were caught around 6:30 on top water right along shore in southern cove.

Not too much action today, however I caught this huge 17+ inch brown with worms off a boat. My buddy caught a smaller one too.
