It seems every time I visit Blackman's lake it rains and I never do as good as others report. But don't let that stop you from visiting this lake. Especially if you are shore-bound. Three nice fishing piers and a good city park make this a popular lake to visit. The launch area is mainly suited to small boats. Mike April 2007
