Hi all
Planning to purchase a 2012 Alumaweld Stryker 18'
If you own something like this would like your feedback. Are you happy with the boat. Do you fish on Puget Sound with it as well.
The boat has a 115hp Mercury EFI.
Thank you in advance for your advice.

Re: What fishing is available for November
Good stuff
Haven't really trolled for trout before (caught them but not went targeted). Have down riggers so I should be fine. May I ask what is the winner setups for it? The more specific the better, not very familiar with a lot of fishing terms at times.
Thank you in advance again!

Re: What fishing is available for November
Hi all Thanks for the reply. I live in Bothell, willing to drive a 2 - 3 hours if it's really worth it. Miss fishing, been a very busy year at work, with not much fishing opportunity. My experience is pretty basic, with salmon on the sound last year, kokanee lake stevens or chelan. Please advice.

Re: Idea for fishing next weekend
I'm considering to go this weekend to Roosevelt Lake Anyone else planning to fish there for kokanee this weekend? Any tips? Didn't book a camping site yet. Do you guys think I can find something available? Don't have much camping experience so it's fairly new to me. Came across the Spring Canyon Cam...

Re: Idea for fishing next weekend
Edited I did not realize that 4th of July is around the corner when I was thinking to plan this. I guess I will go the following weekend. The Roosevelt lake comes up as Columbia River on the map. Is it a lake or is it the columbia river. Can't find it at fishing reports either. Is the kokanee still ...

Re: Kicker size for aluminum boat 15'
fair feedback here. I guess I don't weight the danger enough yet, even though experienced some rough days on the sound (not fun at all) I do have the motorguide 45lb on front of the boat. So on calm waters it does decent, even in the sound (of course salt water rated) I'm hoping is good for the mome...

Re: Lake Stevens kokanee late February
I did, not bits. no luck
6 am until almost 11am.
Trolling pretty deep for the most time.
Meet someone on my way out, that was just lunching and said that at this time you could mostly jig them, on the surface.
So nothing for me, did not fish much on the surface.

Re: Kicker size for aluminum boat 15'
With the 25hp if doesn't go slower than 2.5 - 3mph on lakes, so sometimes that is too much.
But looks like i have a weight issue anyway, can't really add more weight, so will have to plan my next boat purchase at some point, and be happy with this for now
thanks everyone

Re: Upgrade from 25hp to 40hp jet - feedback
That's my worry
And your totally right, I even forgot the big fish
In 240 pounds so I guess I could lose 40 easy to make room for the new motor. That would make wife happy too
