Any idea on fish lake's ice condition

Checked out Fish Lake... To my surprise about 25 people were fishing. I got up there late at around 11 and only fished a couple hours and caught a couple decent Perch and a couple sculpin. The fishing was slow I'm assuming cause of the time of day. The ice is pretty spotty and definitely need to tak...

Just checked the webcam for Fish Lake and even though it's still pretty early the ice is starting to form with this last storm. Definitely wont last but still good to see it starting.

Fish Lake in Plain is your best bet. I grew up in southeastern Idaho and it's had the best ice since I've moved here. Moses lake wasn't bad either but the fishing was a little slow whenever I'd go last year

Went in at the south dock next to storm lake and did pretty well. Fished 2 hours and took home 15 and released a bunch. Average sized perch but had a few jumbos. Also to my surprise there are bluegill in there. Took a couple of them home too. Definitely will be visiting it again.

Looking to try out Flowing Lake in Snohomish county for perch and bullhead. Anyone with good reviews on this lake for fishing perch?

Any word yet on fish lakes ice thickness? The webcam still shows some people venturing out on it but it also looks kinda slushy.

Ended the day with 11 good sized perch but it was long and slow. Still pretty fun to just get out. With the few people I did talk with at moses they said they hadn't even had a bite.

At moses right now. About 20 people on the ice and it's about 7 inches thick but the bite is real slow. Three perch in two hours but good size to them

Yeah I had finally found my favorite cheap bourbon so I was quite the Einstein that night. I've decided on trying out Moses over Fish this week. Good luck to you when you head out and Merry Christmas!

How much ice is on Moses and where's the best spot to go in at? If fish lake isn't ready Thursday I was going to try that for the first time

It looks like fish lake is being fished. The dots that you see moving around are fishermen/woman. You could also call the Cove Resort on fish lake and get a report on the ice thickness. Also any reports for Moses Lake? If Fish Lake isn't ready I was gonna try that out after christmas for the first time. Any tips on Moses and where to go in at?

Gave in and bought it finally. Should get it on Christmas Eve so hopefully Fish Lake has good ice by then. Thanks for the advice on anchoring it down. Picked up a bundle of screw in anchors for it.

This is the one I'm looking at. My dad has an older style one from twenty years ago and he just straps it to the top of his otter sled to tow it. Lol don't think my Scottish terrier can tow the sleds but he's a good drinking buddy. Loves blue moon.
