That is a northern pike, they fight very hard but very different from a Steelhead.

Check out the Cove on Fish Lake near Leavenworth. They rent 3 different size boats. One option they have is a pontoon boat which sounds like it would be perfect. We were there a week ago and limited out in under an hour both days.

I fished it on Thursday and Friday. Weather was warm lots of 10" trout we had our limits in an hour. I also caught a 6lb 2 oz triploid and saw a 4lb er come off the docks.

Yes I am using two twelve volt batteries with a 12 volt charger. I have been disconnecting them and charging them individually. I didnt know I could reverse the wiring and do them together, that sounds like a good idea, this sounds stupid but how do I reverse them?

Use a fishfinder and troll a foot or two above the thermocline. Small spin-n-glows + a Large black fly (that has a little chartreuse in the tail) works well in the summer. Not sure about early spring. You might also want to try tiny flatfish or hotshots rigged on a 3-way swivel to keep them at the ...

I usually fish Lake Roseiger, today I was using pop gear and a wedding ring tipped with corn. I have caught fish this way before but not today, when using a dick nite or other lures are you guys using pop gear?

We always stay at the Liars Cove on the lower lake, but I have rented a boat at the resort on the upper lake so I know you can rent a boat there without staying there. However, if you camp at Liars Cove you can use there dock. People on the dock always, always outfish the people in boats.
