Re: Heading to Potholes
Sweet, thanks for the help. I also called Mardon and they said it was open....except maybe a few spots up in the dune area.

Heading to Potholes
I'm thinking about fishing Potholes this weekend. Has anyone been out there lately? Is there any ice at the launches to deal with? Any current info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Alder Lake
Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone has fished Alder this time of year for Kokes? I see that the boat launch is now open. My kids loved fishing there last spring and have been asking to go......just not sure if it's worth the drive down from Poulsbo. Thanks for any info.

I'm going to try the Sardine under a float tactic for the first time this November in Chico Bay. I'm pretty stoked about it.....seems like a fund way to catch them. They should be arriving soon!

Re: what size hook and lure for pinks?
Agree with the smelly jelly! Also, has anyone tried trolling pink wiggle hoochies behind flashers for pinks? I figured the extra action couldn't hurt. Just curious.....I have a few in the tackle box and was going to try them this weekend.

I think you'll be happy with that purchase. Kayaks will open up a TON of new places for you to fish.....and you won't have to pay for gas or registration!!

Re: Need advise on boating near the Tri-Cities
Thanks for the info AMX!. I was wondering where I could get a good river map....this is a great start.
I live in Kitsap County but I'm from the Yakima area so I'm over on the east side quite a bit. Thanks again.

Need advise on boating near the Tri-Cities
Hi guys/gals, I have recently bought a 16' Hewescraft Sportsman for use here in Puget Sound, however I will be heading to the Tri-Cities and want to take it out on the Columbia somewhere near there. I've never boated the Columbia and quite frankly, it scares me a little. I've researched as much as I...
