Unfortunately I don't have pictures, but my kid once hooked some XL basketball shorts, and another time the girl fishing next to us got an umbrella...

Salmon/Tuna charter recommendations
Just wanted to take my kids (7 and 4yo) to fish for bigger fish than what we usually go to, so thought of Charters. I understand it is the end of the season, but which services would you guys recommend?
I haven't been here in WA for that long, nor I have lots of experience fishing...
Thanks.

I'll keep a closer eye on this forum or some other blogs, as well as checking weather forecasts to see when temperatures are consistently higher than freezing point.

How can I know if a lake is frozen or fishable?
Hi there, this might sound dumb, but I've been to WA (and the US in general) for not too long, so lots are really novelties to me :) I went with my kid to a few lakes we like (Angle, Beaver) and they were frozen this morning. Literally frozen, but not enough to do any ice fishing (I would assume som...

Re: Green Lake trout
I fished there with my 6yo son back in November... we didn't get much action, the only bite we got was the 16" trout that my son pulled out of the water. But to be fair, the 2-3 hours we spent there were a bit boring.
