this is for T Dot Evergreen Res. is located in the Quincy wildlife area. You take I-90 to George, get on Highway281 and then turn left on road 5 nw follow the road until you come to a public fishing sighn there are a couple lakes but they are all marked and this lake also hold walleye and tiger musky along with other spieces and I would really recomend this area

Hey Gpc. I've fished here and I've seen a species of fish I didn't even recognize at all. It was about 25 inches and big, and it was darker in the front, and lighter in the back. It looked prehistoric, weirdest thing i've ever seen. Any ideas?

It kind of sounds like your talking about a carp. If it had a sucker like mouth and 2 whiskers and was kind of a tan color than yep, carp. But if it was a greenish color with reflector like eyes and teeth than it was a walleye. Also if it had HUGE teeth and a greenish/brownish color than tiger musky, but do me a favor and let me know if any of those fish fit the description

yes i do fish in the snohomish lakes...one of my favorite bass lake couple years ago was cassidy but now it seems to slow down on the bites
and i fish for not only bass but any species i can find here and bassmaster2008 i think the fish you caught was a young musky but like gpc says it can possibly be a carp or walleye

Gpc. I still don't think any of those fish match the description. I've seen all of those fish you have named. My immediate thought was some freak species that is rare or something and I hadn't heard of. But eh whatever, maybe it was just a freaky muskie or something or I didn't get a good enough look at it.

i like this body of water have had lots of big musky trail right up to the shoreline and just google me for awhile before swimming off, lots of big bass, walleye, crappie and bluegill. gotta watch those rattle snakes in the rocks if you get out of your boat or shore fish'en.

there are some huge bass in this body of water seen one hawg (wife as my witness) that may be of state record size (lrgmth) last year. for you cnr's theres a small lake just down the road, stan coffin, that has alot of big bass to catch. there are some beaver/ muskrat huts back in the cattails that hold some 5+lbers. evergreen has been a great go to place for us when the fishen gets hard, you can camp in this area for free.
